Bidding Information
On-line bidding will end on September 23, 2006 at Midnight. However, you will still be able to place bids in person at the LCVA Gallery, which is located at 112 W. Maumee Street in Downtown Adrian, MI. Bidding will end on September 30th at the Silent Auction Party (See LCVA Box Show Information).
To place a bid simply email me at gandkperez@tc3net.com Please include the name of the piece, your name, phone number and address. On-line bidding will end on September 23, 2006, however you may still submit bids in person at the LCVA Gallery until September 30, 2006.
If you are the highest bidder after the Silent Auction on September 30th and you cannot make it to the Auction, then we will contact you by phone. If we cannot make contact with you within 48 hours we will then award the artwork to the second highest bidder.
You may pick up your artwork at the LCVA Gallery after the Silent Auction on September 30th during normal hours or call the Gallery and schedule a time for pick-up. The phone number is 517-265-4403.
If you cannot pick up your artwork and would like it shipped then please add $15 to your bid for shipping and handling. Checks can be made out to the Lenawee Councel for the Visual Arts and mailed to The LCVA Gallery, 112 W. Maumee St., Adrian, MI 49221.
